CULINARY ENCHANTMENT

At Le Roch Hotel & Spa the celebrated gastronomic art of blending flavours is practiced with gusto. This is due to the skills demonstrated in the collaboration of two prestigious chefs. Starred chef Arnaud Faye creates the menus, and our chef Rémy Bererd works his magic in the kitchen to bring life to these inspired creations, all in accordance with seasonally available produce.

The results are rich with flavour and offer lovers of the gastronomic arts a festival of taste sensations. Whether you feel like sharing a quiet snack or savouring a hearty repast, you will find in our selection of dishes a delicious answer to your culinary requirements.

  • Breakfast: from 7:00 to 10:30 (until 11:00 on weekends)
  • Lunch: from 12:00 to 14:00 (lunch break menu €31)
  • Tea Time: 15:00 to 17:30
  • Dinner: from 19:30 to 22:00

TWO AWARD-WINNING CHEFS

Arnaud Faye

Starred chef Arnaud Faye creates the menus of Le Roch Hotel & Spa. Awarded two Michelin stars, and four toques by the influential French restaurant guide Gault & Millau, he has built his reputation in several renowned establishments in various parts of France.

After 8 years with the prestigious brand Relais & Chateaux, Arnaud arrived in the Saint-Honoré district in 2007, where Michel Roth gave him the position of swordfish chef at the Ritz Paris. This was where he gained his second star, before joining up with Thierry Marx for the opening of the Mandarin Oriental, a short distance away.

Having previously exercised his talents at the Jeu de Paume in Chantilly, since July 2016 Arnaud Faye has been the Executive Chef at the Chèvre d'Or in Eze. He also honours us with his invaluable contribution to our establishment; a chic cuisine bearing the imprint of natural creativity, a sublime terroir and high quality produce.

In the kitchen, Remy Bererd’s brilliance brings to life the dishes designed by Arnaud Faye.
