A new autumn menu

Temperatures are cooler and the light takes on the colours of an Indian summer. It's the perfect time to sample our new restaurant menu featuring the flavours and mellow hues of autumn. Savour the end of summer in the peaceful and friendly setting of our outdoor terrace.

A return to the flavours of autumn

Promoting seasonal produce remains a key element for our chef and his team. Our new menu will delight lovers of innovative dishes that effortlessly marry sweet and savoury. Mushrooms, chestnuts and squash are naturally celebrated. Imagine a carpaccio of smoked filet of Black Angus seasoned with a cream of porcini mushrooms and roasted hazelnuts and enhanced with vibrant balsamic vinegar.  Of course, you may prefer butternut marinated in black lemon and cooked in the plancha and served with chestnut chips. We could also mention the rosette of lamb rolled with a stuffing of mushroom, celery and parsnip accompanied by amaretto pear or the crusted sole –  but that might be pushing enticement towards the sin of gluttony ...

Succumb to the temptation

That's the least we can offer you. Especially since we didn't mention our divine selection of cheeses or the tarte made with Granny Smith apples served with ice cream and maple syrup. Let us content ourselves with a few words about our tree-shaded outdoor patio where it will be our great pleasure to receive you. Allow us to whisk you away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the capital for a few delicious moments of gourmet pleasure. Start the new season with an exceptional moment in the heart of the city where the Roch Hotel & Spa team will be happy to help you make autumn one of the most beautiful times of the year.
