With the return of the sunny days and the arrival of seasonal produce full of sunshine, our chef Remy Bérerd becomes filled with the desire for innovation and change. The new menus at the restaurant of the Roch Hotel & Spa are the result of all his inspiration, creativity and passion for the finest ingredients. New menus finely balanced between tradition and innovation

As usual, our chef Remy Bérerd uses beautiful seasonal produce and the best ingredients to create appealing and tasty dishes. For example, the freshest asparagus can be found on the new menu, paired with mimosa and miso bouillon for a fresh, light or roasted starter, a well-matched accompaniment to croûte de chorizo. We also recommend the petits pois, fava beans and Granny Smith that will perfectly accompany a fish dish such as Saint-Pierre with vanilla oil...

 

For all tastes, for all desires

Our chef seeks to satisfy all appetites, tastes, preferences and desires. At lunch some will pounce on the veggie burger and its accompanying legumes while others will heartily tuck into the farm chicken club sandwich. For occasions large or small, you might wish to try our carte blanche and put together your own five-course menu from the chef's suggestions. It will be an opportunity to discover his inimitable genius in combining flavours that are succulent or savoury, sweet or tart, spicy or melting...
