From the appetiser bringing together organic clams and arancini with smoked eel to the brousse de brebis artisanal cheese and mendiants, there are amazing and original flavours to be enjoyed. Meat lovers will delight in the poultry with cranberries and the pork tenderloin in port wine, while seafood buffs can savour scampi with sesame and scallops with lemon zest.
