As the year draws to a close, Rémy Bérerd continues to delight us with his successful and original ideas, talent and creativity as he provides his customary clever mix of fresh and seasonal produce, classic recipes and influences from around the world. The result is a cuisine that gives pride of place to flavours but also pays a great deal of attention to colours and textures. This makes it a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds alike, whether you opt for a quick lunch before resuming your Christmas shopping or savour a leisurely romantic dinner...

 

A New Year’s Eve menu not to be missed

For New Year’s Eve, our inspired chef has come up with a delightful menu that will help you to see out 2019 in style... To begin, there’s a gourmet appetiser of cromesquis of spicy brandade and clams au gratin with orange butter. You will certainly succumb to the charms of the Blue Lobster and the Foie Gras that follows. Another example of the supreme savoir-faire of our chef, the Chapons de Marlat, will be accompanied by mature comté cheese, roasted chestnuts and creamy yellow wine sauce. This will be followed by a Brillat Savarin cheese with black truffle or Nyangbo Chocolate, candied kumquat soufflé and mandarin sorbet...
