If you only have a few minutes, enjoy a quick espresso or a deliciously refreshing Sarah Lavoine lemonade. If you intend to relax during aperitif time or at the end of the evening, you’ll be unable to resist the original cocktails offered à la carte. These are based on gin, such as the Mapple Cherry softened with raspberries and maple syrup, or on tequila, like the Cr'och.
