As the holidays are fast approaching, it’s high time to unveil the superb New Year’s Eve menu dreamed up amidst the ovens and worktops of their kitchen domain by our chef Rémy Bérerer and his team. A symphony of flavours that perfectly combines refinement and tradition.

Staying faithful to its elegant but welcoming spirit, the chic and relaxed Roch Hotel & Spa wanted to offer its guests an original and inventive dash of sweetness that would be perfect for the Christmas celebrations. Our Chef Rémy Bérerd drew on all his knowledge and artistic flair in the creation of the 'Rock' or 'Roch|er|' – sorry, we couldn't resist that nod to the hotel's name. Time to discover, savour and devour!

No one knows how to cope with long, frosty winter nights better than the Slavs. The Slavic winter is a riot of warmth, conviviality, sharing, joy and colour that evokes the multiple sensations that inspired both our Chef Rémy Bérerd and our designer Sarah Poniatowski-Lavoine.

Cocktails and snacks is the name of our menu of small delicacies that you can enjoy on the terrace, at the bar or in the comfortable surroundings of our patio. It’s a menu filled with the colours of sunshine, summer, and freshness.
