"I love the idea of bringing together beautiful and good seasonal products, in a plant-based universe out of sight"

Chef Serge Jouanin

A GREEN TERRACE ...

The Roch Hotel & Spa turns its terrace into a vegetable garden for the summer season.

This bucolic place, composed of aromatic plants, summer vegetables and flowers, is the idyllic setting to recharge your batteries in an outdoor green setting, like a green breath in the heart of the city.

The entire Potager du Roch team welcomes you for lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 from Monday to Friday and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 20:00.

A HIDDEN VEGETABLE GARDEN ...

This year, the shaded terrace of the Roch Hotel & Spa celebrates the charm of nature.

A change of scenery just a stone's throw from Place Vendôme, Potager du Roch invites you to a moment of serenity and calm, lulled by the sound of the fountain, where the smells, flowers, herbs, insects and birdsong respond to each other.

A return to the earth which takes root around irreproachable products, in the respect of the rhythm of the seasons, for a responsible and tasty kitchen.

RECIPES THAT BREATHE DELICIOUSLY OF NATURE ...

To highlight the return of the warm weather, Chef Serge Jouanin unveils a "green" menu, which places vegetables, grains and aromatic plants at the heart of the plate.

Among his signature dishes: herbs biscuits with squid and summer vegetables; grilled zucchinis, herbs coulis and orange reduction; strawberry and verbena tart.

Le Potager du Roch has teamed up with the ice cream maker Fruttini & Mo, creator of "Haute Glacerie", to offer you a selection of irresistible natural ice cream delights.

Finally, a selection of cocktails will rythm these gourmet moments.

A VEGETAL IMMERSION ...

To enhance the terrace and offer a unique experience, we asked the artist Cyprien Chabert to create a custom mural.

The vegetal is at the heart of his work: he uses drawing, painting and sculpture.

Urban landscaper, Cyprien Chabert draws utopias and articulates his work between a plant ideal and an architectural universe to give birth to his wonderful gardens.
