THE PETIT CHALET

 

This winter, our secret terrace becomes a delightful warm and comforting mountain refuge, adorned with objects found on winter hikes and warmed by the benevolent flames of a cast iron stove. Soft and poetic, the Petit Chalet is the ideal cocoon, both cozy and elegant, gourmet and generous, to celebrate the spirit of winter and its ancestral joys.

At lunch and dinner time, discover a friendly raclette: Butternut velouté, IGP raw milk cheese, Maison Montalet cold meats, Mont Blanc chestnuts and blueberries ...

Le Petit Chalet can be booked for a minimum of 4 people.

From Monday, November 29, and for a week, discover the world of Yohan Lastre at the Roch Hotel & Spa. For the occasion, our Chef invites the world champion of "pâté croûte", who has visited the Ritz and La Tour d'Argent in particular.

On the program, a "pâté en croûte" to discover every day for lunch and dinner, and to end this week rich in gustatory emotions the 6-handed dinner with the famous "Oreiller de la Belle Marion" and the Baba au Rhum cut before your eyes. .

Monday, November 29: the "pâté croûte fermier" - Pork, poultry and pistachio

Tuesday, November 30: the "pâté en croûte forestier" - Pork, poultry, porcini mushrooms, death trumpets and hazelnuts

Wednesday December 1: the "pâté en croûte poulet / citron" - Candied lemon, mustard seeds and tarragon 

Thursday 2 December: the "pâté en croûte canard" - Green pepper and pistachio

ROCH THE WINE

 

Every Thursday, Rémy Bérerd our chef and Alban Saker the director of our restaurant offer you a unique moment of wine tasting around the fireplace.

More than an oenological break, a real experience combining discovery of a wine / producer / grape variety and taste exploration. Our two friends will rack their brains to introduce you to the different possible perceptions of a wine thanks to deliciously adapted and truly opposing food pairings.

THE NEW YEAR AT THE OPERA GARNIER

 

How about enjoying the last moments of the year at the Opéra Garnier?

To celebrate December 31, Le Roch invites you for an enchanted break where entertainment, taste pleasure and wonder will mingle.

For this evening, head to the Palais Garnier, which is a stone's throw away to admire the sublime Ashton / Eyal / Nijinsky spectacle: An air of Russia pervades this evening of dance which combines two great repertoire classics and a new work. Frederick Ashton’s Rhapsody honours the classical tradition to a lively and colourful score by the Russian composer Rachmaninov. 

Continue the evening with a menu imagined by our Chef, Rémy Bérerd. Find, among other things, the traditional foie gras, pear poached in mulled wine or even Bresse poultry, roasted chestnuts and puffed potatoes.

Finish your evening in a proper way by enjoying our Superior Room. Here is the dream program to get 2022 off to a good start!
