Comfortably installed amidst the greenery of our patio, adorable rabbits and playful chicks await both young and old and are ready to encourage them in their treasure hunt. For this weekend, the eggs are everywhere. Concealed under the sofas, camouflaged behind the curtains, hidden among the books of the library, they are ready to be found by you, if you’re up to the challenge! All you need to do is join in for the chance to win a night for two in the heart of Paris, with breakfast... And your Easter trophy to enjoy!
The delights of brunch
With its suggestion of tranquil and lazy mornings, and taking it easy when there’s no rush, the idea of brunch is certainly evocative; a ray of sunshine inviting languor. And it’s even better when served in the elegant and comfortable setting of the Roch Hotel & Spa. Easter is when the egg is king; it can be prepared in a brouillade, florentine, omelette, or be devilled or simply lightly boiled and enjoyed with bread soldiers. Perfect preludes to tucking into a shoulder of lamb, a filet of sea bream or a dish of mixed vegetables. An iron will is necessary not to yield to the temptation to take a little fresh salmon à la Parisienne and keep some room for desserts: cheesecake, pannacotta, financial, fruit tarts... And, of course, farandole chocolates. The choice is a tough one and, in addition, you may not be able to resist the madeleines. Fortunately, the Easter brunch is offered for two days, from 11:30 to 15:30, so you can try different options!
