Fluctuart; a vibrant street art showcase
Fluctuart is not exactly a gallery, a museum, or a showroom. It's more than any of those. The Fluctuart experience
One of the goals of the Fluctuart project is to help everyone to take ownership of art and provide a space for the expression of every facet of urban creativity.
