Your barbecue menu at the Roch
At lunchtime, on Fridays and Saturdays, weather permitting, you are invited to discover the delicious delights of a selection of traditional barbecue dishes enhanced or reimagined by the genius and creativity of our chef, Rémy Bererd, and available from the menu or à la carte. Meat lovers will be torn in choosing between Salers beef ribs or an Australian Black Angus Tomahawk steak, or perhaps some pork ribs or a Marlat chicken. Meanwhile, seafood fans will go for the grilled octopus, sea bream or the catch of the day. These dishes are accompanied by grilled vegetables, hasselback roast potatoes, root crisps, as well as melon, gourmet tomatoes or a rice salad. All the flavours of summer will be there on your plate!
