A sense of continuity
On the occasion of the renovation of its glass roof, the Roch Hotel & Spa once again called on the Sarah Lavoine Studio to rethink the establishment’s spaces, while maintaining its sense of refinement, intimacy and elegance. And Sarah came through for us again! With its natural materials, woven straw, lava stone, soft shapes, Bozzolo armchairs, and warm colours, our new atmosphere invites you to partake of moments of relaxation and intimacy. Every detail has been carefully considered, such as the superb black lacquered Slave floor lamps and the eye-catching light fittings sourced in Brooklyn.
And as for the restaurant…
The Roch Hotel & Spa restaurant is also experiencing a smooth transition with the arrival of its new chef, Serge Jouanin. Maintaining the values of excellence and aesthetics that already prevail, he brings his personal touch to a seasonal cuisine full of flavours. Trained by great culinary artists such as Éric Fréchon, Chef Jouanin makes bold use of local produce and traditional recipes, adapting them in accordance with his inspiration. Thus, for example, in the spotlight this autumn are duck breast with chestnuts, John Dory and fregola risotto and mint ravioli.
Six years after its opening, the Roch Hotel & Spa continues to reinvent itself. Thanks to the creativity and savoir-faire of our partner from the early days, the Sarah Lavoine Studio, you will be able to enjoy a design-oriented and pop décor that adds so much to our hotel’s cosy, inviting and intimate atmosphere.
