Photography is in the spotlight this Valentine's Day. With the aid of our partner Paris-Match magazine, a host of iconic couples are showcased in our lounge-library. Spend Valentine's Day in the company of legendary stars who are synonymous with love and passion including Simone Signoret and Yves Montand and Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. Photography again as you take part in "our most beautiful love story" challenge. The object of the game is to choose your favourite place in Le Roch and then take your photo as a couple. From February 6th, we love cocktails! You'll soon be able to enjoy a range of superb cocktail and snack combinations created by our executive chef and our head bartender. Can you resist the combination of a Sanrita made with tequila, tomato juice, orange juice, grenadine and tabasco and red berry sweet and sour prawns? As for that evening's Valentine's Day menu – it's just splendid!

The chef suggests that you start with celery mousse with truffle, Saint-Jacques scallop petals or chicken ballotine with foie gras. The choice between demoiselle langoustines and roast mignon of veal, just two of the exceptional dishes on the menu for this special day, is a delicate one. It doesn't get any easier when, after being bewitched by the heart of brie with tangy raspberry, you must decide between the chocolate heart or the Rouge Désir.
