Easter brunch in the heart of Paris

Why not abandon the traditional family Easter meal and enjoy lunch in the cosy setting of the Roch Hotel & Spa this Easter Sunday? Chef Rémy Bérerd invites you to a tasty and authentic brunch on April 1st, and with four options to choose from, it's certain to appeal to the whole family.

Four versions of Easter brunch…

In addition to the essential pastries, fruit juices, fresh vegetables and baskets of breads, there will be three versions of Easter brunch at the Roch Hotel, as well as a special option for children under 12. Vegetarians will be well catered for with a special menu where sweet and salty combinations of fruit and vegetables produce sparkling results. Seafood lovers might choose the "Nemo" with its salmon, halibut and prawns while traditionalists can opt for "Biquet" and tuck into succulent charcuterie and lamb. A range of choices to satisfy everyone!

...according to the principles of the Chef at Roch Hôtel & Spa

For his Easter brunch, chef Rémy Bérerd makes use of the skills which have earned him his reputation. Using seasonal produce, he revisits traditional dishes or combines unusual flavours to produce a feast that appeals to the eyes as much as the taste buds. For brunch he revisits the great late breakfast classics like charcuterie, fish, and fresh salad and presents them with flair and originality. Finally, an Easter egg hunt, organised by the hotel team, will be the culmination of an exceptional day. Be sure to look out for Pan Pan the bunny and the baby chicks!

The Roch Hotel & Spa celebrates Easter by offering an original brunch on April 1st between 12:30 and 15:30. Let yourself be carried away on a wave of gourmet flavours during your Parisian getaway.
