Maison 28: a new identity for the restaurant at Le Roch Hôtel & Spa

Located in an elegant triangle linking Place Vendôme, Rue de Rivoli and the Comédie Française, the Roch Hôtel & Spa invites you to a typically Parisian experience. For the pleasure of both eyes and taste buds, the hotel's restaurant underwent a veritable renaissance at the end of the summer, and is now known as Maison 28. Come and discover...

Serge Jouanin at the head of the brigade

Since autumn 2022, chef Serge Jouanin, who trained with some of the world's greatest chefs, has been putting his stamp on the restaurant. With this new identity, he has reached the pinnacle of his art. In a setting where the arts of the table are given pride of place, he offers a traditional family cuisine that is both gourmet and refined. Working with noble products, carefully sourced from producers who are usually organic, he revisits brasserie classics at lunchtime and offers subtle, aesthetic creations in the evening.

The autumn menu

Following the rhythm of the seasons, Chef Jouanin sublimates the treasures of the moment. At present, let yourself be tempted by the deliciously regressive velouté de potimarron (pumpkin velouté), ravioles de champignons aux noisettes et bouillon de légumes (mushroom ravioli with hazelnuts and vegetable broth) or bœuf bourguignon et ses pommes vapeur (beef bourguignon with steamed potatoes). The selection of cheeses from the Fromagerie du Louvre is a pure marvel before a Bourdaloue tart or a seasonal fruit salad. To accompany these delights, the wine list features a number of organic and biodynamic crus, revealing the work of committed and passionate winemakers.

The restaurant at Le Roch Hôtel & Spa has had a facelift. On the sunny terrace to enjoy the last moments of sweetness, or by the fireside on cooler evenings, Maison 28 and its chef Serge Jouanin have some delicious surprises in store for you.
