Roch your menu; choose your favourite produce
Every Thursday, from May to July, you are invited to visit the Instagram account of the Roch Hotel & Spa @lerochhotel. Our chef Rémy Bérerd will give you the opportunity to choose between two seasonal food items. The competition will take place between, for example, white asparagus and green asparagus, or apricot and peach, etc. Whichever wins the most votes will be included in the lunch menu and the Carte Blanche menu the following week.

A young gastronomy prodigy from Lyon who was trained by some great chefs such as Joël Robuchon, Rémy Bérerd celebrates cooking as a true art involving innovation and experimentation. In his hands, great French cuisine encounters Asian influences. As someone who delights in being close to nature, he also brings his passion for plants and colours to creations that are full of flavour and aesthetic appeal. His new challenge, ‘Roch your menu’, allows him to challenge himself every week and make the most of seasonal produce. It's up to you to decide what you want to enjoy next week!
The restaurant of the Roch Hotel & Spa is a design haven created by Sarah Poniatowski Lavoine. In the summer on the terrace or in the indoor garden, in the evening by the fireplace, you can discover the creativity our chef has brought to bear on your choice of produce and ingredients.
