Embrace the mountain spirit!
Perhaps you sipped an aperitif in the sun on the terrace of the Roch Hôtel & Spa last summer? If so, you won't recognise the place this winter because a wooden chalet now occupies this pleasant and intimate space. The omnipresence of wood, soft cushions, old skis and antique decor evoke the mountain spirit, completing a warm and cosy setting that invites you to forget the winter chill. You can use the space for lunch from Monday to Friday, for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for an aperitif from Monday to Saturday. The space can also be privately hired for your own function.
Delicious raclette
Among the pleasures of winter, raclette must certainly occupy one of the top spots. To treat you, our chef has chosen an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) raclette made from raw milk, which he will preface with a comforting velouté of seasonal vegetables. An assortment of cold meats, various vegetable pickles, fingerling potatoes and mixed salads will accompany the cheese as it is melted in the traditional way. Finally, this Savoyard feast will conclude with the traditional blueberry tart to share. The herbal tea that follows will undoubtedly be refreshingly welcome…
