The Roch Hôtel & Spa's dream New Year at the Opéra Garnier

To conclude 2021 in fine and elegant style, the Roch Hotel & Spa has put together a prestigious evening that is typically Parisian. It begins just a few steps from your hotel, behind the Napoleon III-era facade of the Palais Garnier, with a performance that has Russia as its theme. It then continues in our restaurant with a menu crafted by our chef Rémy Bérerd. Read on for the details ...

Three exceptional ballets

For New Year's Eve, the Opéra Garnier has a wonderful program in store for you. Russia will be at the heart of this show in which three ballets will follow one another. For the first, Rhapsody, Frederick Ashton was inspired by Rachmaninoff's lively score. The second is a reinterpretation of the Ballets Russes classic Afternoon of a Faun by Sharon Eyal before a dazzling finale featuring Nijinsky's choreography for the Rite of Spring danced to the haunting music of Stravinsky. There’s no doubt that the dazzling setting of the illuminated Palais Garnier will add magic to your evening.

Dinner at the Roch

Our restaurant will then welcome you for a New Year's Eve dinner for which Rémy Bérerd will reinterpret for you the classics of festive tables. Thus, for example, the traditional foie gras and its pear poached in mulled wine will be followed by Bresse poultry accompanied by roasted chestnuts and apple souffles. Many other surprises await you in which the flavours of seasonal produce are brought forth with originality and creativity, for a menu of elegance and finesse. Our sommelier will, of course, be at your service to advise you on the best food and wine pairings.

The Hotel Roch & Spa team invite you to enjoy an absolutely exceptional New Year's Eve. Act today to book your special New Year's Eve offer including your seats for a prestigious evening at the Opéra Garnier, your festive dinner and a night in a Superior Room ...
