The countryside in the heart of the city
Isolated from the bustle of the street, the suspended terrace of the Roch Hotel & Spa becomes a welcoming haven of soothing nature in which to recharge your batteries. Aromatic herbs, vegetables, and flowers all add up to an evocation of the beauty and flavours of a traditional vegetable garden. To enhance the effect even further, we called on the services of the visual artist Cyprien Chabert, who brings a superb aesthetic and refined touch.
Vegetable garden delights
The Roch vegetable garden is a place of delicious bounty but also a place to enjoy. From noon, our team welcomes you with a menu giving pride of place to plant-based dishes and offering carefully sourced produce. The cucumber gazpacho with lemon balm is a real delight on hot days and the black rice risotto brings a subtle touch. The dishes on the menu are offered with a variety of vegetables from the garden and seasonings of your choice. From 15:00 to 18:00, as with dessert, get ready to savour the frozen delights of FRUTTINI by Mo before trying the tempting signature cocktails at the end of the day.
A place to relax, the Roch Hotel & Spa vegetable garden is also a space dedicated to gustatory pleasures. Come and discover the menu specially designed by our chef Serge Jouanin.
