Soft light pierces the clouds and days are fair and mild – there can be no doubt that spring has arrived in Paris. Along with the warmer weather comes an abundance of tender green buds that will soon open to produce colourful displays of blossom.  There is also a steady procession of new stems and leaves that conceal the peas, new turnips and young carrots that are already part of our new restaurant menu. On March 16, 17 and 18th, the 2018 edition of the famous Saut Hermès will be held at the Grand Palais. The internationally renowned competition brings together the world's best riders and horses. This magnificent show is enhanced by its magical setting under the glass roof of the nave of the Grand Palais.
